Ralph is a Founding Member, Distinguished Fellow, and Director of MEF.

Ralph has developed B2B and B2C technology products and services at Fujitsu, Nortel, IBM and four technology startups - two of which he founded. He created and currently leads Fujitsu’s award-winning Digital Services Practice. The practice assesses, designs, integrates, and manages multi-vendor virtualized solutions to create agile, on-demand digital services to accelerate the enterprise digital transformation. Ralph and his team created Fujitsu’s SD-WAN-as-a-Service, a MEF 70-compliant, OTT, subscription-based SD-WAN managed service.

Ralph is a founding member, distinguished fellow, director at MEF. He is a regular contributor and mentor to MEF projects and incubated MEF’s SD-WAN work by authoring MEF’s “Understanding SD-WAN Managed Services” paper.  Ralph provided extensive contributions to MEF 70 - the industry’s first SD-WAN service standard. He lectures on all MEF topics at industry events and webinars, contributed to 12 MEF whitepapers, and regularly briefs the press and analysts to evangelize the MEF’s latest work to advance the industry.
