Pre-Configured Networking Booth
For your convenience, MEF19 offers turn-key booth option in sizes ranging from 10x10, 10x20, and 20x20. MEF19 staff will handle all logistics including graphics design and set-up!

10x10 networking booths are available for $5,500 USD and include the following:
- Rear panel & podium custom graphics production
- One High top table with 2 bar stools
- One 46” monitor and stand
- Electricity
- Wi-Fi connection
- Booth set-up and tear down labor
10x20 is $10,000 USD and 20x20 is $18,000; Please see the sponsor price list for more information.
Additional notes regarding pre-configured networking booths:
- Networking hall is carpeted, the booth does not include flooring shown in picture.
- Sponsors are responsible for purchasing additional items beyond the standard configuration. outlined above such as food & beverage, laptops, additional AV, dedicated internet connections.
- Contract and arrangements for networking booths are made directly with MEF staff.
