Carlos D Gonzalez is currently leading Orchestration and Data Analytics practice for Ericsson North America, focusing in maximizing Network Orchestration, Automation and Analytics business in partnership with North American customers, being responsible for pre-sales, solutioning and delivery of Ericsson solutions portfolio.

Having held different senior positions in telecommunications and mobile operators designing and deploying service networks, he became part of the senior management and founding team of HyC, a leading Media Technology & Business Consultancy Group acquired by Ericsson in 2007.

Since 2008, Carlos has held different senior leadership positions in Ericsson Digital Services unit leading global teams in sales, product management and software product development. In 2018, Carlos joined Ericsson North America team before being appointed Head of Orchestration and Analytics.

Carlos holds a 5-year degree on Telecommunications Engineering Hns from the University of Seville, an MSc in Communication Systems Hns from the University of Wales and an MBA Hns by IE Business School.
